The parent company began by manufacturing auto parts and rubber components and, over time, expanded into producing footwear components such as shoe soles, heels, rubber sheets, PVC, and TPR soles.
The group diversified gradually, entering German Technology into a joint venture based on German technology in 1985 with BOMIX Chemie, followed by collaboration with GUM Germany in 2007. In the early 2000s, the company expanded into the tech sector by establishing an IT division focused on developing websites and portals for the footwear industry.
In 2007, the company began manufacturing specialty paints with German collaboration, supplying to global markets while expanding exports to Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The group also ventured into manufacturing soundproofing systems and sheeting solutions for the automotive industry, particularly for inner car linings.
We have established a dedicated consultancy division at AtoZ International Solutions to support Indian companies in accessing global markets and expanding their export potential. Merchant exports have become a significant revenue driver for our organization, contributing to consistent business growth.
The company has previously been a licensed partner of Cartoon Network / Warner Bros. products for consumer goods until 2015.
